Another Management Company is looking to hire a Management Assistant.
This is a full time position (40 hours per week) and will have a strong emphasis on social media management and digital maintenance.

Responsibilities of the Management Assistant will include (but are not limited to):
Maintaining artist schedules
Managing social media accounts for management company and several artists
Working with artists/managers/labels on planning and delivering social content
Maintaining a posting calendar for each account
Maintaining artist tour docs (riders, etc)
Generating digital graphics for tour announcements
Very light video editing (mostly just generating cutdowns for social assets)
Assisting all managers on various administrative tasks and projects as needed
Examples: booking travel logistics, maintaining budgets, generating artist newsletters, submitting VISA applications, updating concert listing sites, submitting performance dates to PRO's, monitoring album sales reports, advising artist schedules, and more.

Another Management Company is a boutique artist management house founded in 2017 by Reynold Jaffe and Eric Dimenstein. We handle all facets of artist development for various acts such as Alvvays, Bright Eyes, Kurt Vile, Snail Mail, Waxahatchee and many others from our offices in Brooklyn, Philadelphia, Los Angeles, Raleigh-Durham, and Omaha.
This is a full-time position with eligibility for company-sponsored benefits. Compensation begins at $42,500 annually. Actual base salary is dependent on several factors including but not limited to: market dynamics, experience, specialized skills/training (education), level of responsibility, budgetary considerations, tenure at the company (for current employees), etc. The salary range listed is just one circumstantial element of the total compensation package for employees.
